This website and the Draft Sickos service (the "Service") are operated by Kesem Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Seller identity

The Service is provided by Kesem Media LLC. For any matters related to the Service you can reach us at marcos@pluslending.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
• Sending spam, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• Circumventing technical limits, large-scale scraping, or reverse engineering;
• Interfering with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its editorial content, scouting reports, rankings, grades, software, branding, and design, is owned by Kesem Media LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under the plan you purchase.

5. Service level

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scouting content is editorial opinion and does not constitute professional advice.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and renewal terms are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy to request a refund.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of our policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Kesem Media LLC is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
