Refund Policy

Kesem Media LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Draft Sickos subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout; or
• Email marcos@pluslending.com with the email and approximate purchase date and we will handle it with you.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
