Kesem Media LLC ("we") is the controller of your personal data when you use Draft Sickos. This notice explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and who we share it with.

• Account: name or handle, email address, login credentials.
• User content: boards, mocks, comments and any other content you create.
• Usage and telemetry: page views, actions, timestamps, session identifiers.
• Device: IP address, browser type, operating system.
• Support: messages you send us by email or forms.

Payment data (card number, billing address) is collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store full card details.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the Service (contract performance): creating and maintaining your account, delivering content and features.
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest): protecting the Service and its users.
• Product improvement (legitimate interest): analyzing aggregate usage to improve functionality.
• Support (contract performance): responding to your inquiries.
• Marketing (consent): only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Legal obligations: when law requires us to retain or share information.

4. Who we share your data with

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, analytics) that process data on our behalf.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax calculation, and invoicing.
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when necessary.
• Authorities, when required by law.

5. Retention

We retain your data while you have an active account and for the time needed to meet legal, accounting, or rights-defense obligations. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to marcos@pluslending.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you reside in the EU/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any relevant incident affecting you as required by law.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary for the Service (session, preferences) and basic analytics where applicable. You can manage cookies from your browser.

9. International transfers

Some providers process data outside your country. When they do, we apply appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) as applicable.
