Sleeper (the fantasy app) doesn't publish scout-style NFL Draft grades. Draft Sickos does — every pick from the 2024 and 2025 NFL Drafts is regraded with a slot-vs-production-vs-trajectory framework, updated as careers unfold.

How are NFL Draft grades calculated?

Three inputs: (1) slot value — did the team pay too much or catch a fall, (2) production — snaps, output, role earned, (3) trajectory — ascending, stable, declining. See the methodology block at the bottom of the page.

Which drafts have grades?

Accepted Answer

The 2024 and 2025 NFL Drafts. Older classes and the 2026 class arrive after their first full NFL season, when there's enough film to grade fairly.

Is an A+ grade rare?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most picks land in the B/C range because most picks fill a role without dominating. A+ requires elite production plus positional value; F is reserved for busts or hard reaches.
