Williams is a right tackle built on a 6-foot-6, 317-pound frame that he reshaped twice inside the Texas program, and he plays with the raw force and the leverage problems that history implies. He sets deep and wide, invites rushers to travel, and uses 34 1/2-inch arms to catch and stall the edge rather than mirroring it with quick feet.
The run game is where the profile makes sense. He is a real displacement blocker on down blocks and duo, and he moves well enough to climb or pull in the screen game. Protection is another matter: he is late to redirect against inside counters and drew 16 penalties in his only year as a starter. The signature is force without control.

Williams arrived at Texas as a three-star lineman, sat behind a loaded room for two years, dropped weight to get functional, and then started all 15 games he played at right tackle in 2024 for an offensive line that was a Joe Moore Award finalist.

The rookie year barely happened. Williams was inactive for the opener, landed on injured reserve before Week 2, and stayed there through December while Philadelphia rode a healthy starting five. He was activated on January 2 and dressed for the Week 18 finale against Washington, finishing 2025 with one game and no meaningful offensive work. That is a lost developmental season for a player whose entire case was reps and refinement.
By the summer of 2026 the Eagles had a crowded tackle room, and the conversation around Williams shifted to guard, where his length and drive strength matter more than his recovery speed on an island.
