Green Bay kept him. Glover was on the roster all of his rookie year and made his NFL debut on November 24, 2024 against San Francisco, then dressed for the last seven regular-season games of 2024 plus the wild card loss to Philadelphia — swing-tackle duty and jumbo packages rather than starting snaps. The Packers liked the arrow enough that he entered the 2025 offseason program in the interior rotation and drew public praise from Matt LaFleur as an ascending player, before a lat and shoulder injury landed him on injured reserve on August 6, 2025 and required season-ending surgery.
