Gladney is an ideal fit for a Cover-3 match or Cover-2 zone heavy defensive system that values speed and physicality from its boundary corners.
He can contribute immediately as an outside corner in a zone-heavy scheme, with the ceiling to develop into a high-end starter.
A man-heavy scheme that requires consistent press-man coverage against larger, more physical receivers would expose his size limitations.
