Gladney is an ideal fit for a Cover-3 match or Cover-2 zone heavy defensive system that values speed and physicality from its boundary corners.
He can contribute immediately as an outside corner in a zone-heavy scheme, with the ceiling to develop into a high-end starter.
A man-heavy scheme that requires consistent press-man coverage against larger, more physical receivers would expose his size limitations.
His athleticism and competitive nature make him a strong fit for a scheme utilizing a variety of zone coverages where his opportunistic playmaking can shine without constant one-on-one matchups against bigger targets.
Selected #31 overall in Round 1 of the 2020 NFL Draft by Minnesota Vikings out of TCU.
