DaVon Hamilton is ideally suited for a one-gap 4-3 penetrating front where his quickness off the line can be leveraged for disruption.
He projects as a Year 1 rotational interior pass rusher with the ceiling to develop into a starting 3-tech who can disrupt both run and pass plays.
A two-gap 3-4 defense would diminish his value due to the emphasis on holding blocks rather than immediate penetration.
His blend of size and quickness makes him a versatile interior lineman capable of impacting various defensive schemes.
