Michel's skill set, particularly his vision, contact balance, and receiving ability, makes him an ideal fit for a Shanahan style outside zone scheme.
As a rookie, Michel projects as a quality committee back, with the ceiling to develop into a lead two-down runner with receiving upside.
A vertical, power-gap scheme would diminish his value, as he lacks the short-area burst and size to consistently generate tough yards between the tackles.
Michel's versatility and well-rounded game make him a high-floor prospect who can contribute in multiple facets of an NFL offense while offering significant upside. However, he is not considered a top-tier athlete and does not possess a singular elite trait.
